LendLease (Boston Financial)

BH+A provided full design and furniture services from initial concepts through a four-floor implementation for this investment and financial services company. Boston Financial (now Lend Lease) was an organization in transition when it sought architectural services to totally redesign its offices to reflect its new business model and cultural changes. The company also wished to be perceived as an employer of choice in a highly competitive marketplace. The offices at 101 Arch Street are the headquarters serving as a hub for three regional offices.
Design Recognition and Publications:
The project was selected by Sheila Danko to be featured in a 2000 Cornell University publication “Strategic Leadership and Visionary Design”.
The project was the main topic of a seminar “Designs that Create Organizational Change” given by Carolyn Hendrie at the Harvard Graduate School of Design in 1999, 2000, 2001 and 2002.
