Fort Point Place

Boston, MA

Built in 1900 and converted to condos in 2001, Fort Point Place is in the heart of Boston’s most exciting neighborhood — the Seaport District. BH+A was responsible for the design and conversion of two six-story buildings, part of a the five building manufacturing complex, to 125 residential units with commercial space on the ground floor.  Project size: 187,909 sf.

These Boston loft condos feature sandblasted original wooden beams and warm exposed brickwork from over 100 years ago. Most of these loft condos feature over 10 foot ceilings with large windows that provide an abundance of natural sunlight. Fort Point Place condos feature open floor plans, allowing each home owner to truly customize their space. Some of the units feature private outdoor space and garage parking.

Fort Point Place enjoys the best the Seaport District has to offer.  Near the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA), residents can enjoy the latest exhibitions in modern art as well as fundraisers and member events.  The Seaport District is home to some of Boston’s best restaurants: Del Frisco’s, Sam’s, Strega Waterfront, Menton, Sportello and Row 34.
