As finance director, Tara is an integral part of the admin team, ensuring the financial health of the firm by analyzing its performance, retaining constant awareness our financial position, and proactively overseeing our projects' budgets with Principals and Project Managers. She prepares reports for management on the company’s financial status so they can make important decisions about future investments or budgets accordingly.
