Bargmann Hendrie + Archetype, Inc. (BH+A) is pleased to announce two promotions in recognition of their outstanding accomplishments and contributions to the firm. Each individual being promoted to Associate Principal has demonstrated commitment to the success of the firm and dedication to client satisfaction through project delivery.

Promoted to Associate Principal:

Deborah Robinson, AIA, LEED AP
Deborah Robinson has dedicated her career to the renovation and restoration of older buildings. She has been project architect and project manager for efforts ranging in scale from window replacements to complex adaptive reuse projects that involve complete replacement of systems, preservation and restoration, and building additions. She is noted for her attention to detail in solving difficult issues relating to modifications to existing structures in a way that maintains or improves on the building’s character-defining features. Deborah’s experience encompasses municipal, university, residential, and religious buildings. Deborah has spoken at several national conferences on the topic of historic building restorations.

Steve Shetler, AIA
Steve’s 30 years of experience spans all levels of project planning and design , from feasibility studies through CA and final project execution. From corporate to institutional work, his broad array of project experience includes municipal buildings, campus facilities, athletics and recreation, and multi-family housing.
