Stony Brook Office Park

New construction and renovations transformed an 8-story former headquarters to a multi-tenant office park. Four adjoining buildings are brought together to form a unified campus through a new palette of materials, the relocation and definition of a new entry tower and the creation of a landscaped garden. The addition and renovations brought the project total to 270,000 sf.
