This project involves 60,000 square feet on four contiguous floors in a high rise building. The design includes a four story, cantilevered open stair, constructed in the middle of four floors and one a large trading floor. Swing space was involved for all floors except the trading floor which was renovated “after hours” only. LEED Gold Certified.
