East Suffolk Community Recreation Center

East Suffolk, VA

The project involved the preservation and adaptive reuse of a historic Rosenwald high school into a new community center.  Phase I is a 20,275 sf renovation and addition to the 1939 high school. The scope of work also includes the addition of a 6,440 sf gymnasium. The Phase II addition will house an aquatic facility.
