Carson Beach Bathhouse

South Boston, MA

The project was the adaptive re-use and the renovation of a vacant 1922 bathhouse. The facility’s three pavilions were restored; the main pavilion now houses restrooms, locker rooms and office space, while the north and south pavilions provide equipment rental and food concessions. Other aspects of the project include the creation of courtyard shade shelters and a boardwalk.
