BH+A is currently designing new residential buildings in Framingham comprised of 340,000 sf of new construction. To be built adjacent to other buildings designed by BH+A (Bancroft Lofts), this project will add 215,00 GSF of residential areas, 9,000 SF of amenity spaces, and a 114,000 SF garage for residents to use. The development will also include a cafe, food patio, and food truck parking to provide both residents and people accessing the site through a new pond/trail connection from Farm Pond. The new buildings will provide the City of Framingham with 275 rental apartments, including 31 affordable units.
