The Burrow (Marlborough Phase I)

BH+A designed a 5-story multi-family building set within the natural “wetland” surroundings of Marlborough, MA for Post Road Residential. The developer’s goal was to create 2 distinct building types (one modern, one traditional) in order to bring diversity in leasing for the 485 total units.
This building is the modern design with 245 units with a mix of studio, one, two and three bedrooms, which are ideally located near I-90 and I-495 for suburban commuters. Extensive amenities include a great room, fitness center, yoga, spinning, and work center. The great room opens to an outdoor courtyard with access to a salt water swimming pool, nature trails, grilling area, and protected wetlands. The roof deck provides spectacular sunset viewing across the rolling landscape.
