The Burrow, Marlborough Phase I

BH+A designed a 5-story multi-family building set within the natural “wetland” surroundings of Marlborough, MA for Post Road Residential. The developer’s goal was to create 2 distinct building types (one modern, one traditional) in order to bring diversity in leasing for the 485 total units.
The more modern of the 2, The Burrow provides 245 apartment units with a mix of studio, one, two and three bedroom units ideally located near I-90 and I-495 for suburban commuters. Extensive amenities include a great room, fitness center, yoga, spinning, and work center. The Great Room opens to an outdoor courtyard with access to a salt water swimming pool, nature trails, grilling area, and protected wetlands. The roof deck provides spectacular sunset viewing across the rolling landscape.
