Hathaway Lofts

Hathaway Lofts is a 46-unit apartment community located two blocks from Porter Square in Cambridge, MA, an area known for its energetic artistry, cultural dining experiences and vibrant social scene with close proximity to local universities, shopping and transportation. The project is the renovation and reuse of the Former Hathaway Bakery building into modern loft-style apartments, ranging one to three bedroom loft and duplex floor plans averaging 1,200 square feet. The project received a Preservation Award from the Cambridge Historical Commission in 2016. BH+A provided full architectural design services for the exterior and rooftop design, unit plans and site design.
