The new housing complex includes six multi-unit buildings, four 4-story, two 5-story buildings. The complex is 258 units total with 428 parking spaces and includes a pool and clubhouse with fitness, media and “great” rooms. This is all designed within a very tight 13-acre site. This project is the recipient of the 2006 Award of Excellence from the Greater Boston Board of Real Estate.
