Daniel F. Burns Apartments

BH+A is currently rehabilitating Daniel F. Burns Apartments, a 198-unit federally-funded, elderly/disabled multifamily housing development for the Cambridge Housing Authority. The original scope of work included: an evaluation of existing conditions including building exteriors, building structure, unit interiors, building systems, and doors and windows. Subsequently, BH+A is providing full design services. The project will be phased appropriately to construction as it is a partially occupied renovation.
