BH+A is providing design services for the revitalization of a Cambridge Housing Authority elderly/disabled housing development. The building is a 19-story concrete frame and precast concrete panel structure of 199 units. Design services include unit and common hallway layouts, system upgrades, site utilities, landscaping and building envelope restoration and repairs.
