Saugus Ironworks National Historic Site
Saugus, MA
The site is the first integrated ironworks in North America, 1646-1668. BH+A’s work included additions and alterations to historic buildings and landscape to improve accessibility and renovations to the historic Iron Works House for a Visitor Center. Other project scope was the addition and renovations to two residences to create a new collection storage facility.
