25 Fid Kennedy is a reuse of an existing building as a plumbing and HVAC assembly plant for J.C. Cannistraro LLC, incorporating fabrication, staging, storage, shipping/receiving, and associated office functions. The project does not include expansion of the building footprint or envelope. 25 Fid Kennedy is receiving state and federal historic tax credits to substantially rehabilitate the existing abandoned building of approximately 165,000 sf, located in the Boston Marine Industrial Park district. The project improves existing conditions on site while retaining the general industrial use of the historic structure.
