Renovation and restoration of the historic Chain Forge building in the Charlestown Navy Yard for reuse as a unique destination hotel. The 230-room hotel will include a restaurant, retail space, pool and fitness area, as well as a historical exhibit of 38 pieces of machinery showcasing the building's prior use
