BH+A is providing full architectural and engineering services for the Clark Athletic Center Envelope Replacement Project at UMass Boston. The project scope addresses immediate replacement of failed wall, skylight and roofing systems and includes master planning for future changes to the adjacent UMass campus. The curtain wall along the main entry of the building, the gymnasium roof, the lobby skylights, and one wall of the hockey rink have failed. Emergency repairs have been made to stabilize the building, but long term repairs are needed to correct the deficiencies in these systems. © BH+A
