Bio
Erica’s twenty years of experience has included new construction, renovation and energy retrofit projects, with a focus on multi-family affordable housing clients such as Cambridge Housing Authority, Boston Housing Authority, and Lowell Housing Authority. She is known for promoting quality and equity in design with a focus on belonging, inclusion, affordable housing, workforce housing and community-enriching uses. She is passionate about designing high performance, energy efficient, beautiful design solutions for all users.
