BH+A worked with the Town to restore the Center Town Hall building for re-use as a Center for the Arts. The building has an existing stage with performance and auditorium spaces. Work included structural upgrades, restroom upgrades, accessibility, carpentry repairs, prep and paint and interior refinishing and restoration and a building addition.
